Cooking method

  • Cut the bacon into small pieces, melt, add the diced onion, fry, but not until croutons. Onions and greaves should be soft. Today I was preparing a lean version of pasta with mushrooms. In principle, everything is the same, only fried onions and mushrooms in vegetable oil. Lean pasta, no eggs, but very tasty. Contains grains and water. Yes, one more change. Instead of champignons - chanterelles.
Years ago, I froze raw chanterelles. By the New Year it became impossible to eat them, they were so bitter. Then they told me that they need to be welded, and now we have delicious fragrant chanterelles all winter. I am not writing to brag, but in order not to repeat my mistakes.
Of course, it is incomparably tastier with chanterelles than with champignons, despite the fact that the dish is lean

Only I eat lean food in the family, I can't cook it at once, and it's lazy, so today I have to somehow diversify what happened yesterday. Today I added sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped fresh parsley to yesterday's pasta with mushrooms and peas, and sprinkled the pasta with tomato oil. The taste has changed completely, but also very tasty!
