Cooking method

  • This bread recipe is suitable for all German bread makers with two dough kneaders (kneaders). The recipe was successfully tested on "SHG," QUIGG bread makers.
  • Before laying the ingredients in the order indicated by the manufacturer, and these are primarily liquid ingredients, and after all dry ones, pay attention to the position of the dough kneading blades. They should be parallel to each other - this is one of the conditions for a good dough kneading in bread makers with two kneaders.

  • - flour, necessarily sifted, 4 full measuring glasses
  • - salt, 1 tsp l
  • Bake with Program # 1, "Regular bread" or "Basic" size 1kg, MEDIUM crust. Baking time 3 hours 30 minutes.
  • The bread is delicious, with a crispy crust, and most importantly natural, with low cost of ingredients.
