The first bread was baked according to the recipe, but the proofing was not correct, and the result was very good (sorry there are no pictures). She put down the dough and left. I thought I would drive for 1.5 hours, but it turned out 5 hours. Of course, the dough ran out of the bowl, I collected it, formed a loaf, left it for 10 minutes and put it in a cold oven at 200C and for 40 minutes. The bread rose perfectly, there were large holes inside. Delicious - in one word.
The second time I did it according to the recipe and the result is in front of you.
