Ingredients

Dough:
Wheat flour, premium 450 g
Granulated sugar 150 g
Egg yolks 3 pcs.
Chicken egg 1 PC.
Baking powder 1 tsp
For the cream:
Abkhazian lemons 2 pcs.
Egg whites 3 pcs.
Granulated sugar 200 g
In the dough - butter 200 g

Cooking method

  • Making shortbread dough:
  • Grind the butter with granulated sugar, egg yolks and 1 egg. Phillips combine successfully did it for me.
  • Mix flour with baking powder.
  • Then we connect everything, grind it, put it in the cold for 1 hour.
  • During this time, wash the lemons, cut them, remove the seeds, puree with a blender.
  • Beat the whites into a strong foam, add granulated sugar gradually, at the end - add lemon puree.
  • Grease the saucepan of the pressure cooker with oil, spread the dough, on top of the protein-lemon-sugar mass
  • We set the "Baking" program with the valve open - 50 minutes, then leave for another 20 minutes. When you open the lid - do not be alarmed - the squirrels can rise to the very top, then they will go down and the top coat will be creamy.
  • After cooling completely, the cake can be easily removed from the saucepan.
