Girls, THANKS for the topic!

Just let's establish a rule: here we are talking only about forms, we can give recipes - but directly baking bread in molds and worked out recipes are placed in the Yeast Bread section.
Here we give only a photo and a link to the recipe

My nightly experiments with bread molds. It is immediately evident that with the asterisk it was necessary to work hard to first push the dough into it, then "knock it out" from the mold when it was baked. Still, in the star, for some reason, the bread was not baked, although all three loaves were baked at the same time, in the oven, on the same level and at the same time. Well-oiled bread just jumped out of aluminum round forms.

Among the disadvantages: the dough rise is not visible in the "star" shape. I had to guess when to turn on the oven for baking

Thanks for the advice!
I found something similar (in appearance) - they write that they are made of stainless steel.

I haven’t heard of such a thing as silicone molds until now! Village!
But I'm interested in: Are the temperature limits for silicone really up to + 240 ° C? And how reliable are they in real use?
Some "self-respecting" manufacturing companies are quite reliable, they write the minimum number of uses at the maximum temperature (I have not seen less than 1000 times), but these are expensive, and I take cheaper ones there were no disappointments - I grease with oil once - first, then I just lay out the dough

and I also like silicone for its ease of storage

Girls, I have such joy, finally got their curly molds (they came from the USA since January 11)
Of course I rushed to give it a try ..
Baked according to the first recipe.
If I hadn't been too lazy to wait for the normal rise of the test, it would have been perfect.

From the forms came out like clockwork (pre-lubricated with non-stick grease from the forum).
After reading Temka, I worried about the "star", but there were no problems with it either.
In general, I am very happy

Believe it or not, usually there is enough bread for 3 days, but here they ate it in a day. Some with milk and jam, some in the form of a hamburger - now I bake this !!!
Tashenka
Girls ... Well, you can't do that! Hachunimogumum !!! Tell me where you can buy ?!
Mar_k
Well, I bought such a corrugated form for bread (I bought 2 pieces) in the Metro, it is metal with a non-stick coating Peku fastening with office staples on both sides.
Tashenka
Ta-ah-ah ... So, for such a uniform I'll try to go hunting in the Metro! Maybe someone will give a tip to others ?!
Mar_k

Marina, thanks, I understood about the forms.
And what is the recipe for this particular bread in the photo?
Baked according to the recipe: for 500 ml of kefir 650 g of flour (250 whole grain + 400 w / s), sunflower oil 2 tbsp, sugar 1 tbsp + 1 tsp salt, dry yeast Saft moment 1 tsp. Program: kneading, lifting, kneading, lifting - then transfer to the mold and let stand in a warm oven for 40 minutes and bake with steam (there is a frying pan with water at the bottom, and bread is on the central division, but again this is my oven !! !). Approximately 50 minutes. Just pinch off about 100 grams from the total mass, otherwise it will climb out of the fasteners. I baked it with a separate loaf in a silicone mold!
Olga VB
Thank you, Marina.
Do you splash at once in a double form or at first in a half?
Have you tried to change it for sourdough? Now I try to exclude yeast from the diet.
Mar_k
Olga VBUntil my hands reached the leaven, I slowly think about it ... I did the whole process in KhP, only after the second proofing did I pull out, split off a piece, put the rest in the form, covered the second form, fastened it and put it in the oven, then baked goods!

Elena, Elena, Hello! Can you have a recipe for your yeast rye for original small forms? Thank you.
Olga VB
Girls, help out!
My fixer molds began to peel off, although they lasted quite a long time, and I use them very often.
Now I am urgently looking for a similar replacement for them, only with a normal, resistant coating

Has anyone seen these on sale recently?
Please help me find!

Olga VB, Olya, I bought at my OK on the Gorky highway. I think they are everywhere in the oceans. Only they are there a little larger in size than the Fixprice ones.
julia_bb
Olga VB, Teskoma has such. I saw in the Pudov store in the Plaza Teply Stan shopping center recently, you can look in their Internet store, and in others. I have such a Teskomovskaya, good.
What are you writing in them?
Olga VB
Girls, thanks!
I bought in Fix at 34 rubles or 37 rubles - I don't remember anymore.
And teskoma costs more than 700 rubles. And I need 4 pieces. Somehow the toad strangles

And in the photo there is, - I bake ordinary loaves, - the shape and size are comfortable.

Anechka, what company are these molds in Okey?
notglass
Olya, they are from our CIS space and cost 100 kopecks. But the coverage is good there. They are often used by me, and for some time there was another metal form in it without packaging (I burst), the coating did not suffer at all.

Yes, 4 pieces are a little expensive.
I'll have to bake a loaf and bake, otherwise I only baked muffins)

They are not in the Okeevsky online store, but the real ones are far from me. But I'll stop by and take a look. Thank you, Anechka.

I'll have to loaf and bake
I use these forms in 2 pieces: one, in fact, as a form, and the other as a lid. I fix the ends with clerical clips. For each pair of Fiksovsky molds, about 330-335 g of dough (200 g of flour) is used. But Tescom's forms are larger.
Incidentally, in my own I baked baguettes, too, convenient.
