Spiral Norwegian bread (oven)

Ingredients

Wheat flour 350g.
Butter 20g.
Sugar 1h l.
Salt 1/4 tsp
Water 75g.
Milk 75g.
Fresh yeast 10g.
Egg 1 PC. (50g.)

Cooking method

  • Grind yeast with sugar.
  • Warm up milk, water, butter to 37C. Pour HP into a bucket. Yeast and egg are there too. Top with flour, salt. Dough mode (1.5 hours). The dough is smooth, elastic, non-sticky.
  • At the end of the program, place the dough on the table (dust with flour if necessary), knead, form a loaf.
  • Grease the molds with vegetable oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional). Put the dough in one half:
  • Spiral Norwegian bread (oven)
  • Cover with the other half of the mold, secure with paper clips (6 pieces):
  • Spiral Norwegian bread (oven)
  • And leave for 30-40 minutes.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 220C for 45 minutes.
  • In the oven, the dough increased in volume and slightly expanded the shape (the photo is terrible, I expose it purely for information):
  • Spiral Norwegian bread (oven)
  • Cool the finished bread by covering it with a towel.
  • Spiral Norwegian bread (oven)
  • Spiral Norwegian bread (oven)
  • Delicious and aromatic bread. Even at the stage of kneading the dough, you will feel its aroma. Dense, crispy crust, delicate and weightless crumb. Delicious!!!!

Note

Me this recipe 🔗 attracted a long time ago. Thank you gypsy , gave a tip to this form and now I'm so happy !!!! it remains to adapt so that there is no this strip in the middle. Either put more clamps or my husband promised me to fit a bracket with a screw.

Thank you gypsy , gave a tip to this form and now I'm so happy !!!!
and I still sit and wait for my forms the Chinese do not like us .. here from America everything instantly comes.
Alim
For a complete description, it is not enough to know the volume of the form, otherwise it is necessary to fit your own using the "typing" method, which, of course, is too lazy to do
I also baked in two molds, only silicone, the dough also came out

PS: you can accurately measure the volume by pouring water into a half-form and weighing her
Omela
Girls, Thank you!!!!!!! Straight embarrassed ...

I took the form here: 🔗
I measured about 1.3 liters with water. The original recipe contains 1.5 liters.
Gypsy
If the Japanese have exactly the same shape in terms of volume, then they make a dough for it with 245 grams of flour:
🔗

That seller also had a square form for half a kilo bread, relatively cheap:
🔗
Omela
Well, first I did it for 300g. flour, looked at this lump of dough ... and was not impressed .. Added as per the recipe.
Caprice
I don't know what moved the form apart or not. But round bread is impressive!
Now I wanted a round shape too

Introduction:
Scary, scary beast "unbearable"
But sobsno - where did ours not disappear? Yes, almost never disappeared.
On the merits of the question:
Where to get such a shape? ... 10 minutes of feverish memories of store shelves, a melancholy look out the window, and the right thought came.
Spiral Norwegian bread (oven)
Here is such a loaf of bread baked. Isho is not tasted, it is getting cold.
And here is the device you need - a 1.5 liter milk cooker with an unscrewed handle and a pipette at the lid (for plastic).
Spiral Norwegian bread (oven)
The smell is delicious, I hope you like the taste too. Omela, thanks for the recipe, for the pleasure of searching and waiting
Omela
Marus , die not get up !!!!!! I have no words!!!!! It remains to wait for impressions of the taste.

Where to get such a shape? ...

Girls who suffer from this form, we have very similar ones .. here
🔗
And just like that, only one I have ... a year and a half ago in the Metro bought. By the way, on the advice of Alim, I weighed water in it, the weight turned out to be incomplete 1.3 kg.
matroskin_kot
ABOUT! I bought one mold, but I didn't like the oven in it ... I'll come and buy one more ... or two .... (and pills for greed) ... The idea is superrr !!!!
And you can pull the forms together, probably, with big clamps ....: girl_in_dreams: I saw these with my husband, he pulled something there with them ... I have to ask my husband how to separate them later? In the opposite direction ... And, is it possible to reuse them? ...

Matroskin, You can use them repeatedly, there the screw is unscrewed back and forth.

Spiral Norwegian bread (oven)

There is only one little thing left - to push my husband to the construction market.
matroskin_kot
In! About this I also thought! I asked my husband, he began to ask so nervously, what, they say, was I still thinking. Ah ... nothing ... I'm interested in business ...
Marus
I apologize for the silence. I report: the bread, of course, has long been eaten. It turned out as promised in the recipe with a delicate and weightless crumb. Apparently due to a slightly non-standard shape (milk cooker, that is, a double bottom with boiling water), the crust turned out to be very thin and tenderly crispy. Unusual taste, occasionally you can probably repeat it, especially for the arrival of guests. But it seems to me that this bread is not for daily baking, it is somewhat elegant for every day.

Wow .. this is the first time I've heard about such a lack of bread.
Gypsy
For some reason, the Chinese sent my forms to Ireland And the triple curly ones arrived (star, heart and daisy).
Marus
Omela, and who said that this is a drawback? This is a feature, and besides, just for my taste. The recipe is very cute, and the bread is delicately lacy, in my opinion, not just for eating, but for, for example, accompanying a conversation, supporting an unusual jam or soft cheese for coffee. But not for a delicious cutlet with fried potatoes or a rich soup
Omela
Marus ,. Although we do not disdain with the cutlet.

Gypsy , I sympathize!! Somehow I chose a completely different direction.
dopleta
Mistletoe, inspired, thank you! Here is my rye

Well ... I didn't find any round shapes ...

and mine went to Ireland .. the Chinese returned the money .. and then after a long time I received these forms .. shabby, slightly bent, but free of charge

And the Chinese, after all, turned out to be decent. Are the shapes bent? Which ones are for children's toasts?
Gypsy
These are the same shapes that Omela has, and the Chinese are the same .. I bought them before her. Bent .. yes .. need to be aligned.

Mistletoe, baked today this bread at night (not to sleep, to take off bread).
The aroma hovered around the apartment ... Just a dope!
My shape is Teskomovsky, almost the same as yours, but the bread is not so round.
I liked the stove very much. Only the dough came out of all the cracks, it turned out that I had 900 ml.
She waited for the morning, got up and ran first to cut.
Crisp, it's just fly away !!!
But the taste is bland.
Dad came to visit for lunch, said salt and sugar or something regretted !?
I will definitely bake it again, but I will change the recipe a little.
Thanks for another tasty treat.

PS I ate with jam and no cho!
I can't find such a form on ebee, but I want it !!!!
Omela
Maria, I'm glad I liked it, but salt-sugar is subjective, yeah. A little later I will try to look for links to the form, not yet transportable, temperature.
