New Year's loin (Brand 6060 smokehouse)

Ingredients

loin 4 pieces
parmesan cheese approx 100g
a tomato 1 PC
Sweet pepper 1 PC
salt
spice

Cooking method

  • In the store I saw a beautiful large fan of loin, bought four pieces, did not cut it, and so fanned it and cooked. I salted the meat, sprinkled it with spices, put it in a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator for about 20 hours. After that, on each piece I put a thin slice of cheese, on top of slices of tomato, bell pepper and sprinkled with grated cheese. I was going to bake all this in the oven, but at the last minute I changed my mind, put it in the smokehouse and cooked on a combined mode for 25 + 35 minutes. The meat turned out to be very tender and very tasty.

cold + hot smoking
