Crayfish salad

Ingredients

Pollock 1 kg
Boiled carrots (large) 1 PC
Dill 1 bundle
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Boil the fish, adding dill seeds during cooking (tie in a bag). Cool and remove the bones. Mash with a fork.
  • Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
  • Cut the dill as small as possible.
  • Season with mayonnaise and refrigerate for a day.
  • The taste is amazing at a minimum cost. Bon Appetit!
