Cupcake "Fast. Tasty. Inexpensive" (multicooker Dex-50)

Cupcake Fast. Delicious. Inexpensive (multicooker Dex-50)

Ingredients

egg 2 pcs.
butter (margarine) 150 g
sugar 150-200 gr
sour cream 200 g
soda 0.5 tsp
wheat flour 2 tbsp.
glass 250 ml

Cooking method

  • All foods should be at room temperature. Mix everything with a mixer and put in an oiled multicooker saucepan. Bake for 45 + 10 minutes.
  • If desired, raisins, dried apricots, nuts, chocolate can be added to the cake. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Panas and dex have different capacities. I bake in Polaris for 1h 20, it is like Panas in terms of power.

And at the very end, the lid did not want to open, the latch did not move.

pelionos, it's a shame that you did it. The girls did not seem to complain about the pastries in Panas.
And the color of the cake, if you mean the top crust, then it is white in all the baked goods in any cartoon. We are used to turning the baked goods upside down, or you need to turn the cake (pie) in a saucepan and bake a little more, then the top will be rosy. You can also glaze the white top.
