Turkey casserole with eggplant and tomatoes in Oursson 5005

Ingredients

ground turkey 750gr.

dried eggplant 30gr.

Cooking method

  • Vegetables and herbs were dried in Isidri, and tomato marshmallow was also made there. Pre-soak and restore eggplants in warm water, rinse them from seeds. Pour the eggplants again with water, salt well and place them in the microwave for 4 minutes. Rinse the eggplants, squeeze, cut into small pieces and fry in olive oil (1 tablespoon) from sun-dried tomatoes. Pour sun-dried tomatoes with soy sauce, lemon juice, a little vegetable oil, water to cover the tomatoes, add granulated sugar to taste. Microwave for 3 minutes to reconstitute, then cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
  • Soak the loaf in milk. Combine minced meat, chopped bun, chopped onions in a processor, chopped dried celery, egg, salt and red hot pepper to taste. Divide the Fache into three parts. Put chopped eggplants, tomatoes, dry leek, tomato sauce in one part.
  • Grease the cake pan with olive oil. Place a third of the turkey mince on the bottom and edges with a layer of about 1 cm. Then put the minced meat with eggplant, tomatoes and turkey. Above is a layer of turkey. Set the mold to multi-cooking. Baking mode, time 1 hour 30 minutes. Transfer the warm, but not hot casserole to a refractory plate and place on the upper grill of the oven for 7 minutes at T 250g. C. Pour reconstituted tomato marshmallow sauce on top of the cooked casserole.

This year, for the first time, I dried vegetables, fruits, made marshmallows in the Isidri electric dryer. I really wanted to taste the dried eggplant. It turned out that after recovery and roasting, they practically do not differ in taste from fresh ones, but the consistency is denser. I reconstituted the tomato pastille sauce with a little water, soy sauce and granulated sugar to taste. The form was completely filled with minced meat. The multicooker fully coped with its task. You don't need to put the casserole under the grill, just pour the sauce over it. The casserole is baked and juicy.
