Pilaf with sea cocktail

Ingredients

Frozen sea cocktail 1 pack.
rice 2 glasses
bulb onions 1 PC.
carrot 1 PC.
vegetable oil
salt taste

Cooking method

  • Defrost the seafood cocktail and boil in salted boiling water for 5 minutes. We put it in a colander.
  • Peel the onion and chop finely. Fry on the "Baking" mode in vegetable oil.
  • Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater. Add to the onion and fry for another 5 minutes.
  • Then add the seafood cocktail and fry for another 5-10 minutes.
  • Pour the washed rice to vegetables and seafood, add hot water so that all the ingredients are under water. Salt and mix.
