Caramel-curd pancakes

Ingredients

Wheat flour
Liquid cottage cheese 200 g
Chicken egg 1 PC
Sugar 2 tbsp. l. + 2 tbsp. l.
Hot water 50 ml
Soda 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • I got carried away with caramel desserts and decided to bake pancakes with caramel syrup.
  • First, prepare the caramel syrup. 2st. l. caramelize sugar, add hot water to the caramel and stir until slightly thickened. Cool the caramel syrup.
  • We combine cottage cheese, caramel syrup, an egg (only protein is possible - I had 2 eggs protein), sugar. Stir in enough flour to get the thickness of the pancake dough. Add baking soda and mix quickly.
  • Bake the way you like. I baked in a frying pan. But you can in a crepe maker, waffle iron.
  • And if the dough is made thicker, then in a cupcake.

Note

Pancakes are obtained with a light caramel shade (in the sense ... taste)
