Ingredients

Dry yeast 1 1/2 tsp
Wheat flour 525 g
Freshly ground bitter pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 1/2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Liquid (milk + water - in equal proportions) 320 ml
Brisket about 80 g
Place seeds and brisket in the dispenser (almost complete)

Cooking method

  • Fry smoked brisket in a pan (1cm x 1cm)
  • Put on a paper towel and dry.
  • Fry the seeds.
  • Size - L. Medium crust.

The bread turned out to be tall and very tasty. I was afraid that it would not be possible to store it for a long time, due to the presence of the brisket, and from the bread today after breakfast, only a crust remained.

I don't use the grill, I just set it to full power and time for 3 minutes, then stir and for a couple of minutes (depending on the seeds, try it). Usually this time is sufficient. The husband fries peanuts in the same way, adding minutes if it seems damp.

Do not cover with a lid, and the output power is 850W.

I baked at night, there was no dispenser, because I put it on the timer, added everything at once, instead of smoked brisket I put smoked salted bacon with meat streaks. My husband took the whole loaf, I didn't even taste it, and took it to work. Now he called back and said that "VERY tasty" (her husband is a Pole and knows a lot about lard). Or you can replace the seeds with pumpkin seeds. I have them just 70g? And in general, are they compatible to taste with sausage? Maybe someone experimented?
