Sea buckthorn oil in a multicooker Brand 37502

Ingredients

Sea buckthorn fresh 1 kg
Olive oil 200 ml
Hypericum dried flowers 1 tbsp. l.
Dry roots of the golden root 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Puree sea buckthorn berries with a blender, squeeze very well through double cheesecloth. We use the juice as we want - I made the jelly, and dry the cake thoroughly.

  • Pour 200 ml of olive oil into a saucepan, put powdered cake there, put on the "Simmering" program for at least 4 hours. It is possible and more, I bet for 10 hours.
  • At the end, filter and squeeze everything.
  • Pour into a glass container and store in the refrigerator.

I plan to use the oil exclusively for cosmetic purposes - hair masks, instead of face and body cream, and cake, abundantly flavored with olive oil, in a thin layer laid in a plastic bag, and frozen - like a scrub!

A neighbor taught me to cut with small twigs, freeze, then the berries easily bounce off, and the thorns become soft. I'll start the leaves in fermented tea - very good in the mix!

I make sea buckthorn oil a little differently: I dry the berries in a dryer, grind them in a thermomix at a speed of 10 (turbo) until flour is obtained, then pour in good unrefined oil and insist in a dark place for about a month, shake the jar (glass) periodically. The oil turns out to be gorgeous. By the way, you do not need to drain the sediment, there are many useful substances.
