Well, girls ... lucky ones)
I’m thinking that if you can cook milk porridge in a fast speed, then can you leave the idea of buying a 60th multi? Moreover, cooking in high speed is faster ...
Tell someone, please, how long does it take until the pressure cooker picks up the required speed by pressure? Is it different for each dish or how?

Alyona, each dish has its own time, but still much faster than the cartoon prepares, the more you already have 50. If I had a choice of 60 or a pressure cooker, I would choose the latter, but this is purely my opinion.

I have a "genre crisis" now. I remember how at one time I tried to keep up with Panasonic and its secret turns here on the forum, then it disappeared, then it appeared, but with a higher price, then a joint venture was collected for it, and at that time I had more than a thousand money. UAH well, there wasn’t enough money. So I waited for myself calmly for the 50th DEKH, exactly according to my material and moral needs. In general, I'm waiting bye

Take it already, stop breaking, you’ll tell me everything and weigh it right with the box, otherwise I’m already confused how much it still weighs ... Yeah, I’m still wondering if the ethno wheel sticks out or you can drown it inside the saucepan.

Thank you. An ... I re-read all the pages in this Temko. Only nowhere is it indicated how long it takes for the pressure cooker to build up pressure, just before the main cooking time turns on.
Well, okay, let's figure it out

Well, okay, let's figure it out

It all depends on the volume, if you pour a full saucepan with cold water and throw a frozen piece of meat, then about 20 minutes, if a glass of buckwheat, then 2 minutes, if not less. (At least in my case)

You are welcome.
Talamea
Here I cooked porridge today, so it gained pressure for 7-8 minutes and porridge (corn) was cooked for 12 minutes. I poured the 4th with cold water. a cup. If there is more liquid and it is cold, then while the CB boils it, and then gains pressure, then, accordingly, a little more time will pass. And if hot water is poured, then the pressure build-up will begin earlier. So I understand it all ... If something is wrong, the girls will correct it.

Today stewed cabbage with mushrooms and chicken fillet and vegetable stew with meat.

By the way, at "low pressure" you need to set the lever very accurately, otherwise I did not immediately turn it on correctly. And yet, at "low pressure" the water from the saucepan evaporates very well, so my frying on the stew burned a little ...
azaza
Oh, cabbage is interesting! Ol, extinguished with a small amount of water? And how did it not burn? Just a little? And then in my other pressure cooker it is cabbage that is terribly problematic.
Talamea
I fried the onions and carrots on the "Fry" for about 3 minutes, added chopped mushrooms and boiled chicken breast. fried for a couple of minutes, then laid out the cabbage shredded and salted with salt, mixed it (the cabbage did not pour water), closed it and closed it for 12 minutes at high pressure. Then I just thought that after that it was possible to add water to the frying while still frying and fry the cabbage a little. And so there was juice and light she. I like drier and darker ... Next. if so ...

Sorry for the quality of the photo ... I'm not a good photographer ...

Maybe it also depends on the cabbage? I had a pretty juicy ...

Hello everyone
Yesterday this saucepan very spontaneously settled in my kitchen. Spontaneously, because it was not in the plans. My husband and I scoured the hardware stores in search of a wedding gift (we looked at the multicooker), and this miracle stood next to it on the shelf. The husband became interested in what it was and what it was eaten with. She briefly described, adding in passing that I would buy this thing for myself in addition to the existing cartoon. And then my husband got overwhelmed that we just need a pressure cooker right here and now. Moreover, it is so necessary that he was not even stopped by the overpriced (in comparison with the Internet store). Well, I agreed
So far I have only cooked buckwheat soup (no meat). Prepared the principle of a multicooker. First, I fried the onions and carrots in the frying for about 5 minutes, probably (I didn't cover with a lid). During this time, I just peeled the potatoes. Then I added cereals, potatoes, water and seasonings. Cooked for "Soup". 22 minutes for such a soup turned out to be a lot. The groats are boiled into components. The potatoes were mostly intact, but a few pieces were still boiled. The working pressure of the saucepan was gaining about 2 minutes (pouring boiling water).
I was pleased with the purchase and already love my saucepan

Well, in general, and I could not resist went to the store yesterday, persuaded the seller for a price of 640 UAH promised to bring it on Tuesday-Wednesday. Still really I can’t imagine sho, I’ll cook in it, I have 60. I think I'll make baked milk.

Fish Ksenia, congratulations on the pressure cooker, husbands are sometimes wise too

and potatoes (in pieces) are cooked in the borehole according to the instructions - 7 minutes. about the same amount of buckwheat.

and further. if you do not let off the steam without permission, then the time when the saucepan does it itself is equal to the cooking time. that is, it still continues to boil there and is cooked while the casserole is cooling. so that this also needs to be taken into account, for whom it is important to undercooked-digested cereals.

Valuable info (as for me). T. and. I have 2 cooking options: 1) I set the cooking time, for example, 7 minutes and "forget" about the saucepan (the saucepan drains steam itself). 2) I set the time to 14 minutes and let off steam myself. In either case, the cooking time will be 14 minutes (approximately). Am I getting it right?
I let off the steam myself, but the fact that the cereal was boiled is not critical for me. It was a "trial run" for acquaintance

And yet, after she has let off the steam herself, it remains on the "heating", and in principle, the cereal still "languishes" in the hot, so it may be boiled. As I understand it.
And I love it when the buckwheat in the soup is boiled ...

If you cook a lot of vegetables for a salad, then you don't need to add water to cover these vegetables. It is enough to splash 200 grams, it will start cooking faster, because it will boil faster, and the vegetables will be steamed, not watery.

I tried to cook wheat porridge in Deksula. The porridge was cooked well. For 12 minutes at high pressure, 1/5 of the cereal to water. however, after high pressure, I held it for a couple of minutes with the valve open so that the water boiled away a little. True, this porridge is foamy, then I already had it on the lid and, like the corn porridge, was slightly stuck to the bottom. And so, in principle, everything is not bad.

I found a drawback in Deksyuli: when you remove the lid, you think about where to attach it, but it flows from it, and it's good if the water, and not like yesterday I had a decoction from porridge ... it's nothing you can do...

Girls, I probably misunderstood even, but what, the pressure is only manually released
Talamea
There is a valve there, it is arranged very conveniently - you can slowly lower it, but you can quickly. Nothing wrong with that. By the way, I read that this pressure release is so scary that the first times, I even turned the valve with a spoon, but now I'm used to it and I'm not afraid ... By the way, if after cooking, disconnect the pan from the mains, it will start to cool down and the pressure will decrease by itself, and then it will be possible to release the rest of the steam. (in the instructions it is recommended to do this when cooking milk porridges and foaming products).

Yesterday I brought a pressure cooker, they washed out the spoon, though, it would be better if the bastards didn't add a double boiler. And in the store they opened it to me and asked to check everything, but I did not notice. She was so upset that she didn't even want to test her, but then in the evening she decided to steam the beets. Exposed 30 minutes. The pressure built up very quickly. I did not understand the situation with the descent of steam and let it down manually. Almost large beets in a quantity of 7 pieces were cooked perfectly. Today they brought me 3 liters of milk. I decided to make ghee, I don’t know how long it should be heated, I’ve already set the second cycle. By the way, 3 liters of milk is just up to the 3/5 mark. So my problem was solved where to boil a can of milk for a child. The pressure took a little longer, a little puff of milk and the valve rose, I wiped it off with a cloth right away. I plan to leave it on heating later, so that it turns out more mellow.
Julia V
Yes, interestingly, there are two types of pressure, high and low. What is the difference? under the low, I wonder if you can open it or you shouldn't risk your life.
Talamea
Julia, congratulations on your purchase. (I didn't have a spoon either, and I'm afraid to use their spatula in Deksula, so I bought a silicone one in the store for 28 UAH. This is convenient, and the handle is more authentic and does not scratch the saucepan at all)

Our ranks are growing!

Today I'm cooking roast and I will still cook buckwheat soup. I'll post a photo report later.

Yulenka, how do you make milk, describe everything in detail, please, and if possible, make some photos. I have not tried to cook milk yet.
And low pressure is when steam comes out all the time through the hole. It's like a regular saucepan with a lid. My meat is so burnt. I did not add water and left it on the low to stew, and the water all quickly evaporated, it does not remain inside as at high ...

With milk, I was too clever somewhere. I put it 2 times for 30 minutes, then to heat it up for 2 hours. So my milk kind of burnt. At the bottom there is a brown crust. The milk itself is clearly frayed, the color is almost sho caramel. But I love that, but it seems to me that this crust tastes like burnt milk. I'll try to cool down again. Probably it is necessary to set 1 cycle for 30 minutes. In general, I will experiment.

Talameya, I am sure that if you put raw meat, potatoes, buckwheat and frying at the same time, everything would be cooked at once in 12 minutes. Potatoes in pressure cookers are fully cooked in 12 minutes, buckwheat too. And you cooked the meat in 12 minutes too. So you can save 20 minutes of time and cook in just 12 minutes, not 32 minutes.
And I do right in a saucepan, first fry on baking, then add everything else, pour boiling water and set the soup mode for 12 minutes - everything is super tasty and completely ready during this time, the meat does not have to be boiled beforehand.

Thanks for the recommendations. I'm just learning more, and I'm also interested in trying different options. Today was free time, I did so. And I also like the buckwheat in the soup to be completely boiled, and the potatoes too. Therefore, I put it on for 20 minutes.

Well, I have nothing to compare with, but in my opinion, a very good saucepan. And I preferred Deksyulya to Skarlusha, only because of the "ND" function - Scarlet doesn't have it. And Dexie also has mechanical control, which, for me personally, is preferable.

I want to protect my favorite pressure cooker.
Scarlett also has so-called low pressure, that is, work without pressure. It's just not written on the button, but "baking" and "heating" work without pressure. And in Dex, low pressure is fictitious, since the temperature on this program does not drop, and due to the rapid evaporation of the liquid when the saucepan is operated without pressure, you will have to make sure it does not burn. I'm not sure if the temperature is lower in Scarlett on "baking", perhaps this is also a fiction, but it bakes perfectly and does not burn at all, and you can bake with both closed and open valves, and her saucepan is quite high quality.
Talamea
I have nothing against Scarlett. I explained why I chose Dexie. You have now explained about Scarlett. And the future owners, I think, will choose for themselves what they like ...

fronya40 I took it at a local store. It seems like a 60-ki has a stronger saucepan, but let's see during operation, in a 60-ke it is thicker. Today the milk was boiled, but this crust did not stick to the bottom, I just collected it with a spatula and that's it.

I seem to have the first attack of device addiction. I just want it and that's it! So I like her from the pictures. On this occasion, I even freed up a place on the cabinet, but I couldn't find a place for the oven. So she didn't really want to.
Wonderfully wonderful, until now I have not been exposed to this disease, I bought exactly what I really need. Dax drives crazy with his devices.

There is something very, very slightly, but if I had not seen it myself, I would not have guessed. It's just that we are still just a guest, we ate and drank so much that all tastes have already mixed. But while my husband and I were away, someone blew out a liter of milk and no one has complained yet.

I cooked rice soup today. Eating, but I forgot to get the meat out of the freezer yesterday. Senya took out frozen duck wings, fried the onion-carrot in a saucepan, tudyms these frozen wings, rice and potatoes, salted it, set it for 24 minutes (soup). Rice is in the trash, but we are fine, the potatoes are nicely boiled, the meat is completely ready, it has not come apart. I had to add salt only after cooking. The pressure was released immediately, that was a stream. The soup turned out to be delicious and, most importantly, very quickly, and the meat can not be defrosted. I just washed the windows while cooking. My husband left for an hour, arrived, and my windows were washed, the floors were torn, and a whole pot of soup was surprised

Today I cooked vegetables in Deksula for vinaigrette. Three beets, carrots and potatoes. Since I understood that carrots and potatoes will cook faster than beets, I initially set them for 15 minutes, then took out the carrots and potatoes, and started the beets for 12 minutes. And she was right. Everything cooked great. And I liked the beets more than boiled in water on the stove. This turned out to be dark burgundy, not boiled, just gorgeous.
