Curd casserole Eat me

Ingredients

cottage cheese 600 BC
sugar 100 g
eggs 4 things.
sour cream 3 tbsp. l.
raisins 80 g
poppy 1 tbsp. l.
vanilla sugar 1/2 tsp
cinnamon optional on the tip of a knife
flour or semolina 100 g
baking soda 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Combine all the ingredients in the order shown in the table. Mix. You can manually, you can use a blender. My cottage cheese was wet, store-bought. If it is more or less dry, then less flour (semolina) is needed. Also with sugar. Depending on how sour the curd is, you need to put a little more sugar - a little less.
  • Quench the baking soda with vinegar and add to the casserole last. You can use baking powder (1 tsp) instead of baking soda. Or do not put anything, the casserole will not become less tasty, it will just be a little denser.
  • Put the resulting mass in a greased form and bake in the oven at 180 degrees. about 50 minutes. Readiness is checked with a match or wooden skewer. Remove from the oven, leave to cool in the mold and cover with a towel. Eat warm, sprinkled with sour cream, homemade yogurt, jam or honey, if desired.
  • Bon Appetit!

And try the same thing, but without soda or other baking powder, but separate the proteins from the eggs, beat until firm peaks and gently mix into the finished mass at the end (just not with a blender, but with a spoon, carefully).
A completely different calico!

Tanya, thanks for the recipe for a delicious casserole! Today I did, well it turned out sooo delicious! I just added dried cranberries instead of raisins and put three tablespoons of poppy seeds (well, we respect him very much), having previously steamed it in boiling water. I did the first level in the cuckoo for 45 minutes on the oven, everything was baked beautifully, a wonderful poppy aroma was worn around the house. I didn’t even expect poppy seeds to be added to the casserole. The children even came for more!

Lyudochka, I'm glad I liked it, I kept the poppy myself, I kept it at home, I didn't know where to stick it, and then I tried it in a casserole, I really liked it, but with raisins it's generally cool. And how did you do with the cranberries in terms of sweetness, it's a sour berry, probably added sugar? The raisins are sweet, they add sweetness, and the cranberries themselves must be cajoled with sugar, so that there is only enough.

In terms of sweetness, it came out just right, I added sugar, as in your recipe, 100 grams per 600 grams of cottage cheese. In dried cranberries, there is absolutely no such pronounced acid as in fresh ones, so everything turned out great. I used to wrinkle my nose when reading girls' recipes with dried cranberries, and then I bought it by weight in Auchan for testing and I really liked it in baking, I even added it to Easter cakes. Now I buy dried cranberries regularly.

Yeah, delicious and done quickly and you don't need to separate the whites from the yolks, beat them separately. It turns out, even without these bodily movements, it is very tasty and, most importantly, much faster. And so someone may not have such a blender to whip into foam, and use a whisk in the old fashioned way, you don’t want casseroles either. So give it a try, I hope you enjoy it!

I decided to make this casserole in a slow cooker Dex60

Made not for Baking, but for Manual 120 degrees. Time - 1 hour 30 minutes. , then immediately turned off the Heating and stood for 10 minutes without opening the cartoon. Then she pulled it out with a double boiler. In general, not very high, because she did not whip anything up, she just mixed the ingredients with a spoon and poured them into a cartoon, greased with butter and sprinkled with semolina. Made not on cottage cheese, but on a curd mass sweet with raisins. It is not as dry as cottage cheese. Therefore, I adjusted the rest of the ingredients, sugar, semolina, sour cream on the go. Feels like 1 hour 30 minutes is too much, I will decrease by 10 minutes.
