I always grind mushrooms in a small processor, it turns out without problems. I won't say for the dough, because I don't understand how thick you have it. But in general, for mixing, not a universal knife, but a round nozzle with holes. However, I do anything for pancakes, and multifunctional too. But in a glass, not in a bowl. A blender in general (this one for sure) is more for tall glasses, not for bowls.
