Pressed yeast 8 g
Onion sourdough (dough) 100 g
Wheat flour, premium 400 g
Flaxseed flour 50 g
Salt 1.25 tsp

Cooking method

  • Dissolve honey and yeast in warm water, pour into a bucket of HP. Pour in sifted flour, salt, put in the leaven (did not add oil at all).
