What bliss I can tell you !!!! Everyone is delighted
I do it for the second time with mastic, no problem at all !!! I cut the cakes evenly right after I pulled them out of the oven)

I poured everything into the sink. Well the cream was still muddied again.
Now I beat them not to some peaks, but slightly, so that they thicken a little and pour the melted gelatin immediately into the cream,
as I usually do on souffle.
Everything turned out wonderful! I poured my cake and covered it with cherries.
Notes: I took 250 grams of cream, and 5 g of gelatin, by the consistency of the frozen soufflé, I can say that everything is fine, but I would add gelatin to make it stronger, this is for my feelings.
I rubbed the chocolate on Berner, covered the top and glued it a bit on the souffle.
