Ingredients

Yeast Saf-moment 1 tsp
Wheat flour 150 gr.
Whole grain flour 200 gr.
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. the spoon
Butter 1 tbsp. spoon (20 gr.)
Curdled milk 120 g
Milk 140 ml.

Cooking method

  • According to the instructions for the bread maker, first put the dry ingredients: yeast, salt, sugar. Sift flour, mix - and in a bucket. Then butter, milk and yogurt.

Note

The recipe from the book for the bread maker. I didn't have yogurt, I had yogurt. It turned out to be a delicious gray bread. The only thing is, the scapula remained in the loaf, probably there was little liquid, or too much flour. I am an inexperienced baker, I am just learning, I watched the bun as best I could, but practice is still not enough. But I'm still happy with the result.
