Ingredients

Dough:
zucchini (or zucchini) 500-600gr
eggs 1-2 pcs.
sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
baking powder 1 tsp
flour 1 cup (250 ml)
salt 1-2 pinches
Filling:
any minced meat 350 g
salt, black pepper (coriander can be added) taste
onion 1 PC
carrot 1 PC
bell pepper 0.5 pcs
Fill:
hard cheese 100 g
garlic 1-2 cloves
sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
egg 1 PC

Cooking method

  • 1. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater. If the zucchini is not young, peel the skin. (I did not clean, because the skin was thin, but with dark green splashes it will be more beautiful, in my opinion). Add lightly beaten eggs, sour cream, baking powder, flour. Knead the dough, slightly thicker than for pancakes.

  • 2. Line a baking sheet with baking paper or a non-stick cloth, pour out the dough and spread evenly over the entire baking sheet with a spoon.

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes (the cake should brown slightly).
  • 3. Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry onions and carrots, then add minced meat to the same pan, fry. I added half more finely chopped bell pepper. Salt and pepper.
