Ingredients

cottage cheese 300g
semolina 2.5 st. l.
sugar 1 tbsp. l.
vanillin on the tip of a knife
flour 2-3 st. l (for crumbling)
vegetable oil very little

Cooking method

  • Mix and grind well cottage cheese, semolina, sugar, vanillin. Pour the mass onto a surface dusted with flour and first roll a ball, then a sausage of not very small diameter-cm 5 out of it. Cut across with a knife and roll these pieces in flour, without breaking the shape. Fry in sunflower oil. Serve who likes what.

Yesterday, right in the morning, my day started - I took out the milk that I buy from one milkmaid for the third year - it sour, I run to the store for pasetrized ones - I pour out cereals at home (also sour), I give him yogurt, a hungry child, on the second spoon I find a dead fly ( yoghurt of the local combine, I use it for my own sourdough). I realized that this was fate and, expressing my indignation to the dairy plant, I decided to do nothing at all.
By the evening, the milk stood and I, without adding anything, warmed it up, threw it away and received as much as 310 grams of cottage cheese)))))))), then the recipe caught my eye, interest arose and ... the cheese cakes were delicious.
There are people who do not tolerate eggs, there is a moment when there are no eggs at home - using this recipe, no one will have to compromise - cheesecakes are tender, fluffy, tasty and ... without eggs.
