sugar 0.8-1 kg

Cooking method

  • Put half the sugar and 200 g of blueberries in a bowl (you can add half a glass of water). Switch on the Heating mode. Stir occasionally. At this time, clean the rest of the blueberries. When the sugar has melted, add the rest of the sugar and blueberries and cook on the Simmer for about 2 hours with the lid open, stirring occasionally.
