Strawberry ice cream

Ingredients

Strawberry 250 g
Cream 30-35% 200 ml
Powdered sugar 5 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Grind the strawberries in a blender until puree.
  • Add powdered sugar and chop again.
  • Then with a spoon, mix the resulting puree with cream.
  • Chill in the freezer for about 20 minutes, then pour the mixture into an ice cream maker for 20 minutes.
  • At the end of the process, freeze the mixture.
  • The proportions are matched to the consistency of a soft filling.
