water 300 ml
Saf-Moment yeast 4 g
flax seeds 1 tbsp. l
sesame seeds 0.5 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • We load the ingredients. "Express Whole Flour Bread" mode, weight 750, medium crust. Add flax and sesame seeds after the signal.

Everything is very wonderful, but did not understand why you need semolina? This bread is full of useful additives (buckwheat flour, bran, germs), and semolina is extra "harmful" carbohydrates + calories. In addition, the bran and germ will already add fluffiness to the crumb. In general, it seems to me that for the name "Doctor" it is more expedient to exclude semolina.
And the rest - class!

Boka, Thank you. Initially, instead of semolina, I used seeded rye flour. Such bread was of course more useful. But in terms of taste, he did not really like the main eater - my mother. Under her taste preferences and adjusted. And for her, the main thing is not fewer calories, carbohydrates (everything is in order with weight), but more fiber (the problem, sorry, with the "stool"). Mom, by the way, offered to call him "Broom". She says there is nothing better than this green salad bread. Believe it or not, there are 6 people in our family and everyone has different favorite breads ...

Dimich71, I also baked without fiber, I especially like it with rye bran. Just replace fiber with them or increase the amount of flour. But in Minsk there is fiber in almost all stores - with wheat germ, and with cranberries, etc.
