Light chicken fillet salad with dill and pine nuts

Ingredients

Chicken fillet 300gr
pine nuts 50gr
dill
Olive oil 3 tbsp. l
garlic 1-2 slices
lemon juice 3 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Boil the fillet until tender, 20 minutes, after the water boils. As the fillet has cooled, take it apart into fibers.
  • Fry pine nuts in a dry frying pan.
