Potato stew with chicken liver

Ingredients

Potatoes
Carrot
Bulb
Garlic 3-4 teeth
Rast. oil
Water 1 tbsp.
Sour cream 200 g
Chicken liver 500 g
Peeled tomatoes

Cooking method

  • Peel and dice the potatoes. I can't specify the amount of potatoes for sure - I took it, one third before reaching the top division. Finely chop the onion and carrots (carrots can be grated on a coarse grater) and add to the multicooker saucepan, to the potatoes. Pour in water, salt and pepper, add the desired seasonings. Add a few spoons of rast. oils.
  • Turn on the "extinguishing" mode - in my multicooker it is set for at least two hours.
  • After an hour, add the washed chickens. liver, sour cream and chopped tomatoes. My liver was very cold, almost starting to freeze, and the tomatoes were from the freezer. Therefore, I left it to stew for another hour, until the end of the program itself. If your food is not so cold, then control the readiness of the liver, so as not to dry it out.

Today we got spontaneously this stew. The plan was to cook the potatoes separately. and the liver is separate. But the idea arose to combine these products in one.) It turned out delicious.
