Curd dumplings

Ingredients

cottage cheese 50 g
flour 2 tsp
oat flakes 1 tbsp. l.
egg 1 PC.
sugar 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add flour, oatmeal (I have Nordik - instant), an egg (you can also quail - 5 pcs) and sugar. Mix all the ingredients with a spoon and, with our hands soaked in water, form small balls. We put them in boiling water and cook until tender (but no more than 2 minutes after they come up). We put our dumplings on a plate and after they have cooled, pour them with butter, yogurt or jam.

15 minutes.
