Vegetable casserole

Ingredients

large potatoes 3 pcs.
medium bulbs 2 pcs.
broccoli 300 g
Bulgarian pepper 1/2 part
hard cheese 100-150 g
eggs 2 pcs.
mushrooms (e.g. champignons) 100-150 g
milk + sour cream 150 g
salt, pepper, spices taste
vegetable oil for frying 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • The recipe from the series takes longer to write than to cook. So, we open the refrigerator and examine its contents in search of edible ohnarniki.
  • Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices (if there is a grater, this will further speed up the cooking).
  • Cut the onion as you like (to me in half rings) and fry until light golden in sunflower oil.
  • Cut the mushrooms into slices (not very thin) and simmer along with the onions.
  • Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences (I already had my own prepared and frozen ones).
  • Cut the pepper into half rings.
  • We take a refractory form, grease it a little bit. butter and lay out in layers potatoes, mushrooms with onions, cabbage, peppers, not forgetting to add vegetables.
  • Beat eggs with milk and sour cream (in any proportions) and pour over the vegetables.
  • Send to the oven, preheated to 180-200 *, for 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese and let it brown beautifully for another 5 minutes.
  • Dinner is served!
