Tomatoes stuffed with tuna salad and capers

Ingredients

canned tuna in s / s 100 g
fresh cucumber 200 gr.
grated spicy cheese 1 tbsp. l.
mayonnaise or olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
salt. pepper to taste
large tomatoes 2 pcs.
parsley
lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
capers (olives, pitted olives) 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Delicious and elegant appetizer from the series - fast, simple and beautiful! We really like it, try it too!
  • It is advisable that the food for the snack is slightly chilled.
  • Drain the juice (oil) from the tuna, cut the cucumber into small pieces.
  • Add lemon juice and mayonnaise (oil), parsley, salt if necessary, mix well.
  • Cut the tomatoes in half in a zigzag, remove the seeds, lightly salt.
  • Stuff the cut tomatoes with tuna salad, sprinkle with capers on top and garnish with a sprig of parsley.
  • Serve immediately.
