wheat flour 360 g
oat flakes 4 tbsp. l.

butter 30 g

In the French Bread program (in my oven), the size and crust are automatically selected. But according to the ingredients list, this is M size and the crust is medium.

I slightly changed the cereal in the recipe by 40 grams (as in the original) and added 1 tbsp. l. Sahara. I was worried about a lot of liquid for 400 grams of dry products, but in vain! The bread is delicious! Aroma of "Provencal herbs"! Take my word for it (but it's not for everybody!) - delicious! Next time I will do it with Caucasian herbs.
