Ingredients

Cucumbers
(the smaller the cucumber, the better)
1 kg
Garlic
(the more garlic,
the sharper the taste of cucumbers)
3-4 cloves
Dill
Salt 1 spoon

Cooking method

  • We cut off the butts of the cucumbers, put them in a bag, cut the garlic there, chop the dill, add salt and tie the bag. If you are not sure about the strength of the bag, it is better to tie it in two bags. We shake the bag, mixing all the ingredients and put it in the refrigerator for 8 hours (I put it overnight), you can periodically shake the bag. The cucumbers are very tasty and fast.

I always make lightly salted cucumbers in a 3-liter jar.
I put horseradish leaves on the bottom of the can, dill, which already blooms with umbrellas, 1-2 cloves of garlic (I don't like much) and one with a good slide of st. a spoonful of salt.
