Thank you. In addition to the fact that it is beautiful, it also turned out to be very tasty))) True, this is not the first, but the third, the first two were not successful and through trial and error I came to this wonderful recipe. )))

For three years now I have been using the 254th model, sometimes I look at the site. and now you constantly come across messages that the bread did not work out, did not rise, did not bake. I decided to register and share my work. I bake constantly quick bread, at first sometimes came out badly, did not rise. Found several reasons. First. the voltage in the network is below 200V (usually bread does not work in the evening). Second. The stove is by the window. In winter, especially if the window is still open, bread does not work. And third. The tremors are expired.
Now the process itself. Trembling with a red scoop according to the recipe with a measuring teaspoon, then I take a measuring glass and scoop it out of the bucket (the flour from the bags is sprinkled so as not to get dirty every time), and no weighing and accurate measurements. Further, salt-sugar-butter is also on the eye. And most importantly, water. I measure out 20-30g more than it should be and heated to 40C.
With hot water all problems were gone, in two years not a single miss. Hot water not only for my stove, but also for other models, it is obvious, the tremors start working earlier. I repeat, I don’t sow flour, I don’t hang it, I use what is brought to the store, from different factories.
Good luck to everyone and Happy Easter.
