Hei Long Chinese Salad

Ingredients

pork 300g
big potatoes 1 PC
large onion 1 PC
carrot 1 PC
garlic 2 slices
coriander 1 tsp
pepper
lemon juice / vinegar taste
sugar 1 tsp
soy sauce 80-100ml
vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • Cut the meat into thin slices. Cut the onion into half rings and pour boiling water over. Cut the potatoes and carrots into thin cubes. Pour potatoes with cold water, and before cooking, pour boiling water over the potatoes and discard in a colander. Drain the water from the onion. Crush the peeled garlic and chop finely.
  • Heat a sufficiently large amount of vegetable oil in a saucepan or wok, put the meat there and fry over high heat for 2 minutes, stirring continuously. Then add all the vegetables there. Fry for 3-4 minutes, so that the potatoes are not overcooked.
  • Separately, I prepare a sauce from soy sauce, pepper, coriander, lemon juice or a little table vinegar, garlic sugar. Remove the saucepan / wok from the heat, pour the sauce over the vegetables, mix well.
  • The salad can be eaten both hot and cold. It is good the next day too.

Note

The meat needs to be cut a little thinner than mine

I bought myself such a thing, although it is really expensive.

and I bought a knife that actually cuts right into Korean carrots. This can be clearly seen in the photo of the salad. But this is the fourth knife in a row, the three previous ones only cut it in advertising, in fact nothing worked. I don’t like how Berner cuts, maybe the attachment is not needed. But if you collect the cost of these knives, they will be $ 30 more expensive than your spiromat Therefore, when I bought the last knife, my husband looked at me as if I was seriously ill ...

Maybe I'm wrong, or maybe this is my grandiose Laziness, but I have a little thing that looks like a manual potato peeler, but cut into Julianas (we call this the way of shredding like a Korean carrot). The performance is rather low. I fumble with one carrot for a long time and tediously, all the while afraid of cutting myself. And spiomatom comes out a lot at once, quickly and safely for fingers. And the spirals are so long-and-different.
