Almond cakes Air kiss

Ingredients

eggs (large) 2 pcs
sugar 50 g
flour 30 g
ground almonds 80 g
almond essence 2-3 drops
whites from two eggs
sugar 50 g
almond shavings for sprinkling

Cooking method

  • 1. Separate the whites from the yolks (take 2 eggs for the test). Beat the whites with 50 grams of sugar until stiff peaks. To the resulting mass, gently mix in the yolks one by one and gradually (in small portions) introduce almonds mixed with flour. Add the essence and arrange the dough into the tins.
  • 2. Bake at 200 degrees for about 12-15 minutes - until dry skewers.
  • 3. During this time, beat two more proteins with the remaining sugar. Place a spoon in any shape on top of the finished cakes, sprinkle with almonds and place under the grill (or in the oven) to brown.
