Curd rice pudding

Ingredients

cottage cheese 300 g
rice 50 g
semolina 1 tbsp. l
eggs 2 pcs
sugar 50 g
salt a little pinch
vanillin 1.5 g
lemon zest with 1/2 lemon
sour cream 1 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Boil rice porridge (first with water, then added milk + salt). Separate the yolk from the protein. Combine the yolks with sugar, grind + vanillin + zest.
