Ingredients

Serves 4:
Pork neck or loin 600g
eggs 2 pcs
spicy ready-made mustard 1 tsp
flour 2/3 cup
vegetable oil approximately
salt, pepper, seasonings taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the meat into portions, season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with your favorite seasonings for meat and put in a deep bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, mix them with mustard (I added a little more adjika) and marinate the meat in this mixture for 15-20 minutes.
  • Roll each piece of pork in flour and fry on both sides until golden brown for 8-10 minutes.
  • Put the fried pork into a mold and bring to readiness in the oven preheated to 200 grams, for 20 minutes.
  • The meat is tender and tasty.
