The problem is as follows: I plan to open a kiosk with hot baked goods (but all the baked goods will not be on fat, but in the oven: pies, samsa, sausages in dough), so I need an electric oven in the kiosk, and it is quite large, preferably 3-4 levels ... I look at professional convection ovens like Unix. It seems that I read a little about them and realized that the convection oven itself is rather more necessary for preparing complex meat dishes. In principle, there are also the most simple ones, without steam humidification, but still the prices bite. I also looked at built-in ovens in ordinary household appliances stores, but I don't know how they bake. Can you advise me something on which oven I should take, preferably a brand where you can buy and an approximate price. Thanks in advance for your answers.
