Ingredients

Dry fast-acting yeast 1 tsp
Wheat flour 400 grams.
Salt 1 tsp
Butter 1 tbsp. l. (15 grams.)
Water 300 ml.

Cooking method

  • Regular bread, but prepared according to the French bread program.
  • Recipe from the instructions for the Panasonic SD-2501.
  • 1. To prepare this bread, put dry yeast on the bottom of the mold. In this case, we used Dr. Oetker yeast. One packet contains 7 grams of dry yeast and is designed for 500 grams of flour. You don't have to measure anything and empty the bag completely.
  • 2. Wheat flour is poured on top.
  • 3. Then add salt and butter.
  • 4. 300 ml is filled in. water.
  • 5. Next, you need to run the 8th program, which is called "French bread".

The bread often turns out to be low, so to speak ... (Although it is clear that the dough rises high on the first rise). But when 280-290 ml of water is already the very thing ...

The bread came out quite high, but with a flat roof. I took less water, 280 ml, and added a little flour when mixing. Even so, the dough was thin. And the bread turned out, like all Frenchmen, with a crispy crust))) the crumb is not raw.
