Rye-wheat bread in a bread maker

Ingredients

Infusion of kombucha, 3 days 290 ml
Linseed oil 2 tsp
Salt 1.2 tsp
Sugar 0.5 tsp
Whole-ground rye flour 300 g
Wheat flour 200 g
Sour cream 1 tbsp. l.
Pressed yeast 8 g

Cooking method

  • Liquid was poured into a bucket of HP, the yeast was crumbled, dry ingredients, sour cream were added. After the 2nd batch, what was missing was added - to get a soft bun, oil was added on the 3rd batch.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds before baking.

Well, adding flour / liquid is a matter for everyone personally, and depends on the quality and moisture content of flour and other indicators, so there is no need to sin on the quality of bread crumb!
