And I already bought such a spoon, we have this 22 UAH, very comfortable, and the length is just right. I cooked kutyu in a multi, in the stewing mode, I was very happy and the spoon was just right, convenient. As for the yogurt, I decided to try it on the heating mode for 50 minutes, turn it off and leave it until morning.

on heating 80 gr - this is a lot for yogurt, however, it is gaining slowly. In general, you need to try - turn it on for 5 minutes several times in 10 minute increments and check ... well, at the same time, have a thermometer. Yogurt is a delicate matter - underexposure, overexposure, stratification, and so forth.

Merry Christmas everyone!
Sonce, it seems to me that in our heated cartoon the temperature is higher than 40 degrees, and this is the max for yogurt. I think it's easier to make yogurt in a thermos if there is no yogurt maker. I have a yogurt maker, for a child I make yogurt all the time, but once I made it in a thermos - very simple. warmed up milk, added sourdough, poured it into a thermos and forgot))) I agree with IRR, yogurt is very capricious, it is easy to spoil in a cartoon.
irysska
ALL MERRY CHRISTMAS!
sv_kot - you are right here that it is easier to make yoghurt in a yogurt maker or thermos than in a multifunction without yoghurt function.
But IRR our innovator and mastermind gives the right advice on multi. After all, the truth is you can pour warm water into the bowl, put jars there (first, for the experiment, you can simply pour 40 C water into them so as not to spoil the milk), turn on the heating for 10-15 minutes. - measure the temperature of the water, add again 5-10 minutes. - measure again. So, experimentally, find the time for which the required water temperature is reached on heating, and then just turn off the cartoon and leave the whole thing for fermentation like in a thermos.
In general, something like this. Of course, there is a certain hassle - but how to determine the time, then everything will be simple, especially if someone does not have a yogurt maker or thermos.
By the way, it is better to put the jars not directly into the bowl, but put a silicone support under the hot on the bottom - and it is more useful more often, and the yogurt will not overheat from the bottom.
Sonce
I'm going to measure the temperature. I tried to keep my palm on the heater, it’s okay (there are many recipes for heated yogurt on the forum, but everywhere the time is different and the proportions are different). We will derive our formula by trial and error.
Today I cooked soup on the soup program, I was expecting more. But convenient.

For girls, I already cooked red borsch at the multe, stewed potatoes with ribs and vegetable stew. I'm happy with the result.

can. have already tried all stopisit times in the 5 years that they appeared on sale. You can cook on the prog that you have stewing. Usually. the water boiled, threw it, boiled, turned it off. Can i So

sv_kot
and I paid attention to this. In our cartoon, there are probably still riddles for us)))) As far as I understood thanks to the forum, steam is on the SOUP mode, and we do not have baking, but experienced innovators (IRR respect) recommend checking the frying mode - perhaps it bakes. But I haven't risked it yet.If you study, share pliz!

tried it. I liked it :)) while I was cooking pasta in a cartoon, I managed to wrap two pita bread, and most importantly, a two-month-old daughter who was waiting for me in a children's chaise lounge in the kitchen did not have time to get bored, and a warm dinner was waiting for the father of the family, which is also important.

Girls, you are all great, you are mastering the cartoon, although there are almost no instructions for it. keep it up
Olenk @
Yes, I'm not very upset about the deception, I'm quite happy with the cartoon! today I cooked 1 glass of buckwheat in a mult, and 1 in the traditional way. In the cartoon I cooked on the "soup" option. cooked faster than gas. I did not feel the difference in taste
sv_kot
Girls, share your experience, who cooked on the ZHARKA? What can you cook in this mode?
Olenk @
Yesterday I decided to make a casserole on the frying. The bottom is burnt, the inside is not baked, from which I conclude that the oven on the "frying" mode will not work, most likely.
I fried potatoes and cabbage on a fry, see the post on the previous page.

you can still bake in rice mode - standard you. If you don't mind the food, try it. You can do something more budgetary. Type boiled chocolate make half a portion, if that ...
Olenk @
yes, I also thought that it is better to try baking either on a standard or on stewing, probably depends on the products? and I still can't try to cook something in a double boiler. but if you cook dumplings there, you need to turn them over? ... and I just can't figure out the delayed start ...
sv_kot
I will probably bake in the oven ... I tried to fry potatoes on the Fry, but I didn't really like it. Olenka, I tried the delayed start - it's very convenient. choose a program for ktr you are going to cook, instead of Start, choose Delayed Start, use the arrows to adjust the time.

hello to all the happy owners of CF !! they gave me my little baby. if I chose, I would probably buy another .. but I will adapt to this one. I already cooked boiled pork, pork shank, whole chicken and even little things there. but about baking I want to tell you: I baked a chocolate cake. Nervous, horror !! turned on "extinguishing". at first everything was fine. minutes after 10 mV it switched to the "temperature maintenance" mode. I decided that the MV was broken. several times tried to turn on the "extinguishing" again. back to "low temp." threw. left the kitchen. returned - and the pie is ready! for the crust I switched on "frying" for a few minutes. all. Hurrah!!!
Olenk @
Leana, hello! Congratulations on your purchase :) and on experiments too, but I still won't dare to bake something, and, as luck would have it, the oven broke down, but I really want casseroles :) Tell me, what program did you use to make the boiled pork and it’s possible chicken in more detail?
sv_kot
Leana, I also want to know more about shank and boiled pork, and about chicken! I haven't risked it yet, but I really want to.
And about the crust on the cake - when the "frying was turned on" - did you get the crust on the bottom?

I did the boiled pork like this: I smeared a piece of pork with different spices (what they were), stuffed it with garlic and put it in the refrigerator overnight. Then on the "fry" for 25 minutes on both sides, and "stew" for two hours. The chicken is almost the same, only stewed less - about an hour. Perfectly fried and stewed. I just haven't tried to make pilaf. And I love him very much. Which function?

I smeared the knuckle with spices and mustard and put it in the refrigerator for a day. Then fry for 20 minutes on all sides and simmer for 3.5 hours. It turned out to be soft and even fell apart! The guests really liked it :). As for the pie: on the "frying" at the end, it turned out not so much as a crust, but the bottom as if dried out, or something. In general, it turned out not bad.
sv_kot
Leana, thanks! I'll try to cook pork like that, I also thought about Frying, but I was not sure. And I did pilaf on the "basic" mode. Only it is necessary to check - my rice and porridge tried to burn, I had to stir. Here knowledgeable people said that this mode turns off itself when all the water evaporates, but I always turned it off myself, I was afraid that it would burn.

oh, my pilaf did not work out on the "main"! Burnt scary! I'm soaking the saucepan now. Probably, she did something wrong ... Has anyone tried to do it on another program?
Olenk @
and my chicken turned out to be very tasty, juicy on frying, it started like Leana wrote - she fried one side, min. 25, I just wanted to turn it over on the other side, but my frying turned off, the back turned out to be very beautiful, fried! I turned it over on the breast and turned it on again, a lot of liquid began to stand out, I didn't stand out so much in the oven! As a result, the chicken turned out to be not very fatty and juicy, my husband really liked it! I wanted to take a picture of it, but I already remembered when the wings ate ... it would have been unaesthetic
and the casserole on the self-heating somehow did not work out very well - maybe because it was with homemade cottage cheese? some kind of juicy, as if unbaked ...
Pilaf has not tried to do it either ...

I sympathize ... And what proportion of water and rice was? Wheat porridge and pilaf also began to burn on my main body, but I watched it and added water. Therefore, I don't cook pilaf in the multitool yet. Next time I will try on stewing. I have this mode so far the most demanded

Accidentally in the internet I came across a book of recipes for the Saturn ST-MC9180 cartoon (by the way, it looks like a copy of Delphi, probably in terms of functions too - but I'm not sure). Here's the recipe for pilaf:
Pilaf with pork
Ingredients:
Preparation:
2.5 measuring cups of rice, 400 g of lean pork, onions, carrots, 3-4 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil, 20-30 g of butter, garlic, salt, pepper, seasonings to taste.
It is advisable to pre-fry the pork in oil (cut into pieces for pilaf), along with chopped onions and carrots. Put the frying on the bottom of the multicooker working container. Place the washed rice on top. Season with salt, pepper, seasonings and spices, cloves of garlic. Pour in water (up to 5 measuring cups). Select the "Pilaf" mode, if available, or "Extinguishing" (see the instruction manual of the multicooker). Serve at the end of cooking (it is better not to leave the pilaf in the keeping warm mode for a long time - so that the rice does not stick together).
As I understand it, for Delphi it is the extinguishing mode, not the main one - in any case, you can try.
sv_kot I thought rightly to try it on stewing - already almost a specialist in pilaf

Ira, take it higher! what's the pilaf! Yesterday I came up with a small dinner - I cooked rabbit meat in a saucepan on the soup mode (so that the water does not boil for nothing), on top of a couple of vegetables - potatoes, carrots, zucchini, broccoli. While the cartoon was cooking dinner, mom and the child talked! That's why I fell in love with her))))
Thanks for the pilaf recipe, I will also take a note.

I also had the most popular extinguishing.
I cooked buckwheat on the main one, it's bad that the time is not set on this mode. I tried to check if the water boils off, whether the cartoon turns off - it did not turn off. Buckwheat began to stick to the bottom. This is nonsense that buckwheat would stick, but the fact is obvious.
I tried to bake the thighs according to the principle of chickens baking, as the girls saw above. I liked the frying mode, but right after frying, the quenching does not turn on for me, I have to turn it off and wait a couple of minutes, then the quenching turns on.
I liked the soup on the soup mode.
Girls who experimented with baking, share your experience. I really want to try beswyp, otherwise in other cartoons it turns out so super-duper.

the main the program is a program that speaks for itself - it is rice, it has time shouldn't exhibit. (in different cartoons it is called differently. Can be called - standard, pilaf, etc.) It turns off when the water boils away, it's strange that this does not happen ... if something is right, cook everything on stewing. The main thing is to add water correctly to rice.

I made a rice-curd casserole, homemade cottage cheese, first on the frying, so that the crust was, and then on automatic heating "finished off" (40 minutes), checked - it seemed that the dough did not stick to the match, pulled it out, but it was too juicy inside ... I know - whether from cottage cheese, or from an incorrectly selected regime ... but, the crust was fried, and the dough, which is closer to it, is dense, baked.

Stewing and the main one - I cook almost everything on it, only I constantly need to monitor the amount of water (when frying, it is oil), if I need to turn it off myself, I put it on extinguishing.

Turbo - this is the rice mode - it is more powerful than the usual standard. But! I will make a reservation - the whole lid can spit, but it will be 5 minutes faster (decide tact, try, experiment! Good luck in mastering, if anything, ask, we will try to answer)

Here's what seasoned people write about Turbo. I have not tried - I have no desire to wash the lid
