Ingredients

cottage cheese 250 g
wheat flour 1 glass with a slide
sugar 3 tbsp. l.
salt 1/2 tsp
egg 1 PC.
rast. oil 2 tbsp. l.
vodka 1 tbsp. l.
sesame seeds (optional) 1-3 st. l.
vegetable oil for frying 1-2 glasses
powdered sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • If the dough is kneaded by hand, then it is better to rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. If we work with a combine, then we immediately put in all the components (except for frying oil and powder) and mix well. Set aside the finished dough for half an hour to rest. Then we roll it into a thin layer - the thinner the better - cut it into plates and fry it in parts in hot oil until golden brown. Put the finished brushwood on a napkin to drain excess oil and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
