Ingredients

red salad "Rediccio" 1 head of cabbage, small
hard pear 1/2 pcs.
avocado 1/2 pcs.
chicory 1 PC.
feta cheese 50-70 grams
walnuts 6-8 halves
Fresh chopped parsley 1-2 tbsp. l.
lemon (lime) juice taste
salt pepper taste
vegetable oil for dressing

Cooking method

  • You don't need to put chicory if it's not available

  • Peel the pear, avocado, cut into thin plastics, sprinkle with lemon or lime juice so that the fruits do not darken and acquire a taste.
