Wheat flour 380 g
Leaven 100 g
Salt 1.5 tsp
Pepper pinch
Spicy herbs (coriander, rosemary, marjoram)
Yeast 1.5 tsp

  • Let it cool a little on the wire rack, cut off the lid and cut out part of the crumb. Leave the edges rather thick (1.5-2 cm), close the hole from the scapula with crumb and compact the bottom. You don't need to throw away the crumb - you can make cool croutons. We get this "pot" with a lid:

  • Let the "pot" cool completely and fill with soup. Of course, this dish is not for every day. And it is very pleasant to serve the guests or surprise the husband with another such serving of the first course!

I love soups in bread pots. Immediately, Prague restaurants with their delicacies appear before our eyes.
Such a serving of soup (in my case, creamy-potato-mushroom soup) struck our guests on fire. How much time has passed, and they regularly remember him.
Since the soup should be served to everyone in an individual pot, I do not bother with baking rolls in HP (this is not justified for a long time), but I buy round wheat-rye loaves. Fortunately, there is a private bakery next to the house.
