Trout in creamy batter

Trout fillet 800 g
Cream 100 ml
Milk 50 ml
Egg 1 PC
Flour 2 tbsp. spoons
Salt 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • I wanted a very juicy and soft fish, and in the refrigerator there is only trout, it is drier than salmon and I decided to try to make it with cream.
  • Cooking batter:
  • Cream, I took 33%, but you can also 22%, only then add up to 150 ml, excluding milk, dilute with an egg, add salt and flour, you get a dough like for pancakes. I did not add baking soda and baking powder, I wanted more naturalness.
  • Cut trout fillet (800 g) into 6 pieces. You can roll it in flour, I did not roll it, and dipping it in batter, put it on a hot frying pan with butter. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
  • The fish is very, very juicy. Bon Appetit!
