  • the proportions are not correct (do not take it as a reproach, you succeed, judging by the photo, great, but not everyone will succeed that way). Once upon a time I read the same recipe somewhere, tried it, it turned out something terrible and as a result was thrown away.
  • The cooking technology is as follows: pour or put jam in a bowl, mix it with soda. It must necessarily foam and even rise. Add all other ingredients at once and knead the dough. If the jam is too sweet, the amount of sugar can be reduced; if it is sour, then add a glass. The dough turns out to be a little thicker than on a biscuit. Lubricate the saucepan with sunflower oil, put (pour) the dough and on the Baking mode. I have 45 minutes in DEH, my daughter Orion. She puts on (there are 50 minutes of baking), then adds another 10, does not boast. Do not be afraid to open the cartoon at the end of the mode, nothing will sit down. Try with a match or a toothpick, if it's clean, then it's done, no - add more time.
  • When it cools down, I cut it into 2, or even better into 3 parts, soak it with liquor (I have homemade Pink) and smear it with cream. You can absolutely any cream - from custard to butter. but most of all I like this: a can of condensed milk (preferably boiled) + a pack of butter. Beat, smeared, sprinkled with nuts. Sumptuously!
