Cooking method

To fry them, you need to salt, pepper, roll in flour and quickly, until lightly browned, fry in a preheated pan. Rice is ideal as a side dish. I tinted it with cuttlefish ink, which, in addition to the original color, gives the dish an additional "sea" taste.
