Ingredients

Meat (hunting sausages, boiled pork, lean loin, ham, smoked ham, Krakow sausage (cut), 4-5 peppercorns, bay leaf.
Preparation

Cut the Krakow sausage, put it in a slow cooker. Then set the "Baking" function (20 minutes), fry the sausage until the fat is melted, add chopped onions and carrots, fry, add chopped cucumbers, tomato juice, fry for 3 minutes. Then put in a slow cooker, cut into 0.5-0.7 cm cubes of potatoes and chopped meat, pepper. Top up the brine, to taste, you can add brine from olives (olives), add boiling water to the desired density. Select the "Extinguishing" function (3 hours).

5 minutes before serving, add bay leaves, herbs. Add olives, olives, lemon to taste. Serve with sour cream. Add capers to taste at the beginning of cooking.

Ingredients

Minced meat 1 kg
Lasagne sheets
Tomatoes 2 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Garlic 4 cloves

Sauce mix

Making the sauce. You can make any sauce according to your taste or classic Bechamel.

Put in a multicooker in layers, alternating the type of minced meat: sheets for lasagna, minced meat, sauce.

Put on the "Extinguishing" function for 2 hours.

Crock Pot Slow Cooker - Cookbook

Serves 6

Ingredients:

1 head of cabbage (1 1/2 kg), cut into 6 pieces

4 oz, baby carrot

1 corned beef (3 kg.) With seasoning package *

4 cups (1 quart) water

1/3 cup prepared mustard

1/3 cup honey

* If the seasoning bags are not perforated, poke a few small holes with a knife tip

Directions:
