Please help me decide which of the bread makers is better:
1) LG HB-155CJ,
2) Bork X 500,
3) Panasonic SD 257WTS
4) Kenwood BM 450
The latter is said to be very noisy, but only it has the function of a convention.
Therefore, I cannot make a choice. help me please
sazalexter
Foxyk Which one is better to say is difficult. Bork would not consider it unambiguously.
LG HB-155CJ is cheaper, Kenwood and Panasonic have a controversial design. Convection is not needed at all. This is clearly an unnecessary stray.

In March, we purchased a Panasonic SD 257WTS, and did not observe any shortcomings. We chose it for a very long time and carefully. We do not use all the functions, only the basic ones, but I am even glad that there is still so much unexplored ahead. It works every other day, it is completely inaudible. We bake bread, muffins and dough for pies, dumplings in our oven (everything turns out great and tasty). Of course, you need to take into account that it takes up a lot of space and the price is quite high. We bought through an online store from the manufacturer. True, they waited a long time, they are sold out in a few hours. Our family is very happy with her.

Choose Panas, you will not regret it. She cooks such a gorgeous dough - and on dumplings, and on belyashi, and bakes cool, and generally super! Two years ago: girl_in_dreams: I chose for half a year, read all the reviews I could find, chose among Mulineks and Panasonic, got them all in stores, consulted with smart people: smartass: and as a result I decided - only Panas. I use it with pleasure, a very good function of heating food and everything else - no complaints!

Hello! You need to buy a bread maker for mom, her hands hurt, and she is afraid of technology, you need to find a bread maker with a minimum of functions, easy to operate ... The main thing is to bake one type of ordinary bread, and knead dough for dumplings-noodles ... Experts, tell me you are welcome!
Ikra
Irina, where are you from? It's just that the forum here is practically international, and stoves in different countries, and even in different regions, can be very different, it is not always what you find in Moscow even in St. Petersburg.
I can only say from my experience - I have a completely rootless stove, some kind of Novex, bought at a sale for very little money. I bake the fourth year: once twice a week, bread, constantly knead the dough in it for pies and dumplings. I tried, of course, all the programs, but still I bake most of my everyday loaves "on the first button" (main mode).
What am I doing? I would first go to the nearest store and see what there is from simple stoves, with a convenient and understandable menu (you know your mother better that she can easily master it). Well, and then, taking into account which models seem acceptable to you, tell us here. The people have all sorts of stoves, then they will substantively share their impressions.

It is hard to advise ..: hi: who by DESIGN chooses who is BY QUALITY who is BY PRICE ... For example, I chose PANASONIC by quality. I bake every day during the day and put a bun for the night so that by the morning there would be fresh bread. White, rye, muffins ... she hardly rests with me

Sorry, I registered in a quick way, I didn't think that the region was important I am from Ulan-Ude, Republic of Buryatia, in theory it’s not a problem to buy, there is M-Video, Eldorado, you can order on the Internet, I read the models for midnight yesterday ... Rather I will choose among the 2nd echelon, so that I do not feel sorry In general, thanks for the responses, I will read on ... and I have to run to the store to watch them live .... Although I chose a cartoon in the internet, without a confrontation, I am very pleased

Thanks, I found out that I got confused in them ...
I generally chose which one to buy from these:
1 Panasonic SD-2501WTS
2 Panasonic SD-ZB2502BTS
3 Moulinex OW600230
4 Moulinex OW502430
5 Bork X800.
And I thought I would be in Rostov. I’ll buy a bread machine as a gift, but I want to buy something good because I’ll take it to Ukraine, and there I don’t know where I can buy it.
What is this DeLonghi EOB 2071 Bread Maker? How much is? In Rostov, can you find it in stores, if it's good?

So Panasonic SD-2501WTS won't smell of plastic when cooking? maybe Panasonic SD-ZB2502BTS is kind of iron.
I didn't know that Ukraine is full of DeLonghi EOB 2071 and the price is $ 400-500, or maybe it's worth it?
I wonder if the DeLonghi EOB 2071 was cheaper, would they buy it? Or are they buying it anyway?

If it smells like plastic for 1-2 days. In Panasonic, only a plastic or metal casing. Inside, it is all entirely metal, moreover, of a very good quality

I have a Kenwood 450, from my mother (I specially bought it for her without strong problems) LG. The teacher was given a Kenwood 350 at the graduation from the class. Probably it is impossible to say which stove is better. But if I, because of a breakdown, pah-pah-pah, now stood before choosing which one to take. Would buy a Kenwood 450 again!

Thank you. We have a big family, we need a lot of bread, but reliability is also very important, we don’t run around. Therefore, I want Panasonic, but I did not find a model more than 1250g. Once I had a Clathronic, but he could not cope with the declared kilo, it was a lot for him. I read a lot on the forum, I realized that Kenwood and Delongy are worse than Panasonic, although I found models for 1500 bread. But, again, whether they will cope with the declared volume is unknown, it seems that very few people have them, so far no one has answered.

And white bread - how much weight can you achieve?

It depends on flour; on grade 2, 1300-1400 grams will pass at the limit.

It will "pass" once or twice, and then it will break. I experimented with the hard dough at first. and now my assistant, when kneading bread more than 450 g of flour, creaks. I prefer to bake bread no more than L. I did not weigh the loaf, but based on the amount of products - 850 grams. It is better to bake two breads in a row than one at the limit. and then beyond the capabilities of HP, and then take it to the trash heap.
Linabro
I suspected that it was. But 850 out of the declared 1250 is very little, especially for us. Am I going to make bread for one dinner for two days?

The sizes (mass) of finished bread by the producers are usually given for the basic wheat dough.

The 1250 grams declared in Panasonic is bread with a bunch of additives that are not dough-forming (seeds, nuts, candied fruits, raisins). In all Panasonic large wheat bread is baked from 600 grams of flour. If you work out a couple of recipes, fill your hand, then wheat is generally prepared on the machine. In the evening they pawned one bread, in the morning they took it out, pawned the second one, went to work, came, took out the second bread, pawned the third one, while the evening business, then yes, behold, the third bread is ready, we are laying the night one again. When I had a need to give out a loaf of bread for breakfast, lunch and dinner, I did so (there were six eaters: three healthy men and I with two children). And there was a case when I had to cook five or six loaves in a row during a daylight. But here I had to turn on ingenuity.

Or, in the end, TWO bread machines are bought, which work in parallel.

Frankly, I will not recommend buying a kneader and oven in the oven. Even a large Kenwood kitchen machine (which can be used as a kneader) has a yeast dough limit of 1 or 1.2 kg of wheat flour (the same two standard large loaves from a Panasonic bread machine).

In search of stoves, as advised Vanya28, see the instructions and focus on the amount of flour that needs to be laid according to the recipe for large bread (usually there is a certain set of recipes in the instructions), and multiply this amount by 1.4-1.5, then you will see the real size of the bread that is obtained in the oven, and not "declared by the manufacturer".

As I already wrote, copying the same question in different topics is not encouraged - this is a general rule for forums. And about those "from scratch" I also explained - they may simply not be seen. People simply did not see half of your questions, so you risk being left unanswered. On the forum, many users view only those topics (sections) that are of interest to them, where there is active communication.

In general - I CONGRATULATE on joining the friendly company of Panasonic

Rina, thanks, very informative and helpful. Something is wrong? Sorry. All comments are very important to me, although it is your right not to give them.
On your forum, of course, I have to follow your rules. I just didn't find them. I would be grateful if you tell me; I don't understand what I did wrong. I am not allowed to open a topic? What does "from scratch" mean? Again, I'm asking questions on the wrong topic. Sorry.

The acquisition of Panasonic is akin to an amnesty!
Read the table of contents more often and use the search at the top left.
monique
Just don't buy Moulinex !!! It's just a knee assembly, squalor, lives for a year and falls apart. Nobody, you hear nobody should buy Moulinex
Ikra
Girls! Sorry, I didn't read the whole topic, because life goes on, new products appear almost every couple of months. And the question is simple: if you started buying a bread maker now (well, after the New Year holidays, for example), what would your dream bread maker look like? Consider a situation when a person who chooses is not constrained in money, but is interested in buying not what is "cool", but what works well, has the necessary and sufficient set of functions and which is easy to learn from scratch.
A colleague wants to buy, and she came to me for advice ... And I "swim" because I am satisfied with my rootless "Chinese woman" and which I have not known worries and troubles with her for a year. But I don’t dare to advise her to do the same, what if she’s not lucky?
Taia
I had a rootless Chinese woman. I'm glad I got rid of her.
Now I have a Panasonic and I would again choose my new girlfriend, Pani Sonechka.
Creamy
And they do not seek from goodness. Smart, quiet, obedient, hardworking, and very pretty! Oh, I forgot that she also deservedly enjoys a good reputation. From a good family (Panasonic family is good) Isn't that enough ?!
Ikra
Duc, I have a Panasonic cartoon, so I'm your relative
In general, you girls think that Panasonic.
Let's see, maybe there are other opinions. Although Panasonic is never ashamed to advise.
I trust this advice 100%. I asked the girls about the steamer, and my mother-in-law's colleague also wanted to buy. I bought what was advised here. It turned out to be a magical gift! You know, sometimes older people fall into some kind of apathy, especially when they live alone. They focus on their illnesses, but they are too lazy to cook and take care of themselves, and there is no incentive ... And then my grandmother somehow blossomed with a double boiler: she suddenly acquired a taste for cooking, everything soars, and even began to invite her neighbors to visit - brag about the device and treat with healthy and tasty food A colleague has already been tortured by her to print new recipes
I hope everything will be fine with the bread maker.
Taia
There is no worthy alternative to Panasonic. Of course, there are also good models among other companies. Still, the overwhelming majority of positive reviews are still about Panasonic.
irysska
And I think my LG is no worse than Panasonic (although I respect this company, Panasonic is still a name). I have a bread maker for 2 years and the only thing I regret a little is that there is not even primitive programming in it (the program My recipe, so to speak). Well, and in Panasika it is not, unfortunately.
And the build quality, the quality of the plastic (by the way, the body of my HP is metal, and the plastic is only the outer part of the lid), the coating of the bucket is decent, it works quietly.
Therefore, I think that to say unequivocally which model is the best is not correct and objective.
In general, for each baker, his own HP is better. And there is no need to create a cult of one particular model, there is still no ideal
irysska
Quote: Flaksia

There is no worthy alternative to Panasonic.
Sorry, I don’t want to argue, but I just want to understand why Panasik is so unique that he can do things that other HP cannot do.
I repeat once again - I in no way want to drive a barrel / chop a loaf on Panasonic, I just do not understand such categorical statements
Taia
Why categorical?
After all, I wrote above that there are, of course, also good models among other firms.
Not so long ago, I chose a bakery for myself. And just Panasonic was not at all in the foreground for me. I read a lot of reviews about all bread makers, not only on this forum, but also on others. And that's why I chose what I chose.
Ikra
Girls, don't quarrel. Well, I don't need a definite answer. I think, all the same, a person will choose for himself what he likes. And I'll just say that bakers praise Panasonic and LG, and suppose they absolutely do not advise, for some objective reasons, XXX.

Ikra
sazalexter , you should start dreaming about your beauty when Khlebopechkin's secrets are already a little mastered. Immediately, a person will start baking from scratch.
But I'll show her this one anyway. Let him know what to strive for
Rina
I will repeat what I have already written more than once.

Panasonic has a consistently high quality of both the equipment itself and the bread obtained using this technique. Whether it's hot or cold - the dough will not ferment, it will stand exactly as much as needed. This is a plus for temperature equalization.
Quality baked goods: the top of the bread is browned.
The batch is very quiet, the engine is powerful.
The bucket is heavy, not prone to leaks and jamming during operation.
The downside is the high prices for spare parts. Plus - they are now almost always available and are rarely required.

From the experience of communicating with other bread makers.
A completely German Yunold (a hybrid of a bread machine with a multicooker) turned out to be uncompetitive as a bread machine in comparison with a Panasonic one. The kneading is clearly worse (including due to the fact that the bucket is round), the baking is worse - the bread itself is damp, the crown is pale.
Moulinexes that my friends have: two out of five crossed the annual milestone without breakdowns. The following were noted: openly unbaked top of bread, leaks of buckets. The sound of mixing for me, accustomed to the quiet work of Panas, was simply frightening.
Ikra
Rina, Thank you! Valuable words, I will keep in mind.
In addition, from my poor experience of communicating with the owners of Panasonic, who did not buy themselves, but to whom they were simply presented, I will say - no one pushed the gift to the far shelf. Because, as a rule. everything works out well the first time. And you yourself know, if it worked out right away, it will work! And if the first bread is "lumpy", then hands down ...
