Here is my wheat one.
Only 2 scoops of rye flour were added to the sourdough (I have a Frenchwoman) when feeding on the eve of baking. (you may not add).
sourdough - 150-170 gr.
serum 150 ml
flour - 250 gr. (you need to control, because my leaven is thick, it is different for everyone)
kneading, fermentation half an hour-hour,
addition
salt - 1-1.5 tsp.
vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. l.
caraway
repeated kneading
bread shaping
proofing in a bucket in HP 3 hours
the top is anointed with an egg, sprinkled with seeds
baking 45 min.
